If you’ve joined us for dinner at Romano’s or the Grand Divan, we sincerely hope we tempted you to pop into Simpson’s Bar. There, we are fully steeped in the design and attitude of the Art Deco period, and our cocktail list is full of discoveries.
But the next time you are wandering around the neighbourhood and find that you don’t quite have time for a long, luxurious meal, Simpson’s Bar will be waiting with cocktails and nourishment.
The Infante: A Tequila Cocktail for the Season
On that note, one suggestion for this particular moment, when London seems to be clinging to its last vestiges of cool weather (we hope)…. the Infante.
Made of Don Julio reposado tequila, fresh lime, and Orgeat, it’s a refreshing upper of sorts that tends to leave everyone in a far better mood, even when the atmosphere outside the bar is skewing March-ish.
