The lighter side of English dining
Upstairs at Romano’s at Simpson’s, a lively and sociable atmosphere awaits. Hewing to its heritage as a stomping ground for London’s artistic set, it offers a modern, open-all-day Grand Café-style interpretation of English cooking that changes with the seasons and is enjoyed from mid-morning and into the evening. Our contemporary cocktails and largely French wine list are both full of surprises and delights. Romano’s is a 21st-century answer to an artistic salon, and the goings-on are silently observed and enjoyed by the 20th-century playwrights – some familiar, some forgotten – whose portraits line the walls.
Open all day, from 11:30 until 23:30, seven days a week.
