Simpson's Bar

Our first floor bar is steeped in the design and attitude of the Art Deco period. Cocktails are inspired by the finest British gins, vodkas, whiskies, and sparkling wines. For those who intend to finish the evening properly, an extensive selection of rare and small-batch cognacs, Armagnacs, calvados, and malt whiskies make for some difficult choices.
