Knight's Bar launches Allotment Menu
A fresh new cocktail menu inspired by the bountiful kitchen gardens, orchards and allotments of Britain.
The wonderful team at Knight's Bar have created a delightful stroll through the kitchen garden to bring the freshness of the seasons to the new Boozy Bill of Fare. Head bartender Harry Bereton explains "Working closely with our brigade of chefs, we've created a classical yet innovative menu that is inspired by the bountiful and often over-looked British produce available on the market today. The allotment menu is ever-evolving, moving with the seasons and celebrates fabulous British produce in its prime, giving our guests a snapshot of the best British fruit and vegetables throughout the year."
With summer cocktails including a glut of pink Yorkshire rhubarb transformed into an effervescent serve of Irish whiskey, ginger ale and a touch of rose and others showcasing the heady tastes of strawberry, basil, and fig, the Knight's Bar is the perfect place to escape the heat and hustle of the city!
