Learn the forgotten art of carving from an expert, Master Cook Gerry Rae, the man responsible for teaching all the carvers in a restaurant famous for its roast meats.

Would-be master carvers receive tuition lasting 90 minutes, including time to practise on a variety of joints, a presentation carving knife and fork, a certificate of competence, and lunch.

Friends and family of the student carver are encouraged to join them for post lesson lunch when the successful carver can exhibit his or her newly-acquired skills.
